Danny M Ltd provides transportation such as airport pick up and viewing trips at minimum charge of 20 cents per kilometer.
We do not charge viewing fee

The company will arrange customer’s accommodation in 2/3/4/5 star hotel for the viewing period .This process usually takes 3 to 7 days and it is customer obligation to cover accommodation fees.
For Company registration, our fee is 650 euros. Our team of lawyers will fully assist you in the process of registration Your LTD in Bulgaria .Allow 7 to 14 days.

While purchasing property in Bulgaria there are other obligations that apply to the buyer such as notary fee, stamp duty, local taxes. For rural hause, these expensis are around 100-200 euros.
Our property management plan includes cleaning, maintenance, pay property bills and taxes, security.

For the services motioned above, we charge 50 euros per month. Maintenance expences should by paid separately.
Danny M Ltd full property management plan concerns clients who buy to let. For customers purchased property with guaranteed rental income we offer 8%- 10% rent on the property price for one year .Our full property management is free of charge and includes advertising the property to find customers, arrange customers pick up and stay, cleaning and maintenance .

Properties purchased to let with guaranteed rental income must by served and furnished by Danny M Ltd .Our furniture comes with tree years warranty.
