1. Introduction

The Borovets resort complex is the oldest and largest Bulgarian mountain resort. It is on the northern slopes of the Rila mountain, in the foothills of the tallest peak on the Balkan Peninsula Moussala /2925 m/. The distance between Sofia and Borovets is 65 km, a one-hour drive along a picturesque canyon above the river Iskar. Downtown Borovets is 1340 m above sea level, and the highest ski-tracks and facilities are at 2300 m.

The SEMIRAMIS GARDEN APARTMENT AND RESORT COMPLEX IN BOROVETS is a new investment for Bulgarian Eco Projects JSC, a stable Bulgarian investment company whose long-term business interests lie in various economic fields: power generation, construction, real estate, tourism, agriculture, ecology.       Terms of payment are designed to attract investors with 40% deposit and the balance due upon completion

      2.40% advanced payment - within 28 days of reservation payable at the time signing a prileminary contract for purchasing a unit.

      3.30% within six months

     This payment structure allows the buyer of the property to apply for a loan for the last installment of 30%. Most of the banks that grant loans to foreign citizens for buying land in Bulgaria require Certificate of Use, which guarantees the entire completion of the Complex and putting it into operation.
